Sojourn Tobago started 11 years ago with its founder Theresa. She was given an opportunity to manage one villa, and then as they say, the rest is history. With grit and determination and a passion for customer service, Theresa built her property maintenance and bookings business.
Theresa prided herself in giving customers a welcoming experience and did so willingly. Her smile and presence left an impression on so many.
Today, Sojourn Tobago solely operates as a booking agent. Gone but never forgotten, her legacy and influence still lives on today and continues to inspire us to happily assist our guests as warmly as she did.
Sojourn Tobago is exclusively a booking agent, we are a bridge between owners and guests. Owners trust that we can secure bookings and we trust that they and their property management team maintain the villas for guests to have an enjoyable stay.
It takes a team to curate your experience from the booking (that's us) to your stay (that's the property management team). The property management teams role is to oversee all aspects of the villa including but not limited to identifying & handling repairs, payment to maintenance/servicing vendors, sourcing & replacing items, housekeeping, check-ins & outs, determining applicable damages and to address concerns should they come up during your stay. Each owner has their respective property management team on board.
