Please note: As of April 2024, the beginnings of construction began on the empty lot next to Villa 83. 

The Samaan Grove Association requires the installation of a hoarding wall on the construction site which ensures privacy and limits dust for surrounding villas when full-on construction has started. Currently, there is very limited work being done on the lot. 

There is no construction on weekends and public holidays. Saturday work is by special permission only, from 8:00am-2:00pm and must not involve any noise that may disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the community. Normal construction times are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

All aspects of property management are taken care of by Ms. Serrano. She checks you in and out of the villa as well.
